  • Set in the scenic village of Feldwies (Übersee), Bavaria, this spacious and modern luxury apartment offers a serene escape for up to six guests. With its gallery-style bed tucked into the attic, three bedrooms spread across different levels, and a cozy basement, it’s designed for comfort and versatility. The bathroom features an infrared sauna, adding a wellness touch to your stay.

    Guests enjoy access to a shared swimming pool and a range of family-friendly amenities, including a barbecue, trampoline, sandpit, and table football. Rental bikes are also available for exploring the area. Just under a kilometer away, you'll find charming restaurants, a lake, water sports facilities, and the town center. Tennis courts, a golf course, and a public pool are a short drive away, along with a peaceful river for leisurely strolls.

    Public transport is conveniently located 400 m away, and the nearest airport sits 57 km from the property—making this idyllic retreat both relaxing and accessible.
