Ubersee Gem!!

We were two couples traveling together and absolutely loved this place. The accommodations were better than expected and the ability to travel around the area made the place just perfect! Ample room for sure. Great restaurants nearby and the host made us feel very comfortable.

Fantastic Stay at the Haus Annelies

The house is a fantastic place to stay in, we especially enjoyed the privacy 2 couples can have in the house with one couple sleeping on the ground floor (with a bathroom) and the other couple sleeping on the first floor (with a bathroom). Then you can join the evenings together in the kitchen, lounge or even better on the balcony with a view of the Alpes. All the rooms in the house are of a good size, the kitchen is very well equipped, you just cannot ask for anything more. We also enjoyed that we were allowed to use the landlords swimming pool which is only 1,2 km away in a lovely location. The village of Uebersee offers everything you need, starting from bakeries, a food supermarket etc. So to summarize, we were very happy with the house and we were well looked after.

Schöner Urlaub am Chiemsee

Pros: Von der Autobahn Ruck-zuck da. Größe des Hauses. Einrichtung. Parkplatz vorm Haus. Weber Kugelgrill. Der Pool, der zwar rund 1,5 km entfernt ist, aber auch genutzt werden kann - ist bei schlechtem Wetter und wenn man Kinder dabei hat der absolute Gamechanger. Gastgeber super entspannt. Cons: W-LAN ist eine Vollkatastrophe. Sitzbereich unten vorm Haus könnte gemütlicher und herzlicher sein.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Pros: Das Haus ist super geräumig und sauber. Es war alles da. Die Waschmaschine im Haus ist sehr praktisch. Im Sommer hätten wir uns manchmal noch einen Ventilator gewünscht, aber es ging auch ohne. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und freundlich. Am Hauptgästehaus gibt es einen Pool zur Nutzung und auch einen Spielplatz für Kinder. Außerdem kann man sich auch mal ein Rad aus der Scheune leihen. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt.

Pros: Das ganze Haus steht Ihnen zur Verfügung zum fairen Preis. 5 min Fahrt bis Chiemsee. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war gut. Man kann Pool, Grill und Garage verwenden. Cons: Sehr schlechte WLAN verbindung. Leider der Pool war etwas weit von dem Haus. Es hat 1 Tag gedauert um einen Antwort auf email zu bekommen

Im Übrigen waren wir mit dem gesamten Haus sehr zufrieden und der Urlaub sowie die Gegend hat uns

Pros: Lage, Platzverhältnisse, Räumlichkeiten Cons: keine Zahnbecher, keine Teekanne , Restmüllentsorgung nicht geregelt, Restmüll mussten wir mitnehmen, da die Mülltonne anderweitig gefüllt wurde. Wir empfehlen für die Müllentsorgung einen Plan für die Abholung und welche Müllbehältnisse für das Fereienhaus zur Verfügung stehen zu erstelen.
