"Very thoughtful and helpful staff, always offering us heat packs/ umbrella when we leave in the morning.
Onsen is small but has both indoor and outdoor areas, good vanity supplies and hair dryer.
Location is excellent if you drive and want to be based near the Hoshino resort area. Plenty of things to explore within 20min drive from hotel."
