진짜 너무 최고예요. 클래식한호텔이라 가기전부터 설레였는데 깔끔하고 고풍스런 일본스타일 그대로예요. 서비스도 진짜 일본 서비스 제대로입니다. 다만 가을에 가서 가을에 벌레가 건물이 많이 붙어있더라구요. 방에도 들어오긴했지만 프론트에 얘기햇더니 잡아주셨어요. 공기가 좋고 나무가 많아서 어쩔수 없는듯한데 그래도 전 너무너무 만족하고 진짜 행복한기억 가져갑니다. 룸서비스도 좋앗고 바도 좋았고 오전식사는 세트안시키고 프렌치토스트 시켰는데 진짜 최고예요. 애플파이는 그냥 평범했어요. 요즘 워낙 맛있는파이가 많아서 그런것 같아요. 하루종일 호텔에서 단풍과 함께 제대로 즐기다 갑니당

チェックインの後は男性と女性の二人のスタッフがお部屋まで案内してくださり、特に男子のスタッフは丁寧すぎるほどお部屋について丁寧な説明をしてくださいました。 無料のミネラルウォーターがあり、良かったです。静かで、落ち着いていてゆっくりすることができました。 難点を挙げるとしたら、今回碓氷館(エントランスから一番遠い建物)に宿泊しましたが、外に出たりダイニングルームに行くのにいちいち遠かったことと、周りが静かで環境が良かったので、逆に夜お散歩しようとエントランスから出たら暗くて、街灯もまばらで人通りもほとんどなかったので少し危険だと思いました。なので夜の徒歩での外出はおすすめできません。

母の喜寿のお祝いに家族で初めて宿泊させていただきました。 チェックインの時点からお風呂のお湯が張られていた事にびっくり。夜に朝にゆっくりとお部屋で温泉を堪能させて頂き、母も大満足でした。窓から見える景色も最高で、朝食も全てが美味しい。素敵なひと時を過ごせました。又必ず利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。
