「Wonderful staying in this hotel. The hotel just located 2 min away from the bus terminal. There are many good restaurants in the mainstreet. There are lawson and familymart just next to the hotel, and Tsutaya, supermarket, 100yen store in within 5 min walking distance. The staff are very helpful. I love the design of the room. It is nice and clean. I love the room has many sockets and hangers which is a very user friendly setting. The shampoo and body wash smell very nice, even the left smell...

「- 非常貼身窩❤️服務服務 ，免費接送一至二小時車程至JR站。一上車有熱毛巾和菓子歡迎。入住後有專用的服務員，雖然英語不太流利，但看到她盡量解釋，敬業樂業。Checkout 時見其中一位朋友咳漱喉乾，專誠送上喉糖。 - 地處雲仙地獄溫泉正中，酒店被大小的溫泉包圍，好美自然景色。散步如身在仙境，不愧雲仙美名。 我必定介紹朋友去享受這酒店服務和美景」

「Almost perfect. Staffs are not good in english but very engaging. We can communicate with google translate very well. Onsen is amazing. Room is huge with two sinks in the bath and seperate room from the toilet. Two little things that could get better is the place of towel and onsen clothes are somehow in the draw under the television. Which I found it weird. Also the tap in the sink is other way round which you press downward for water and close upwards.」

「Great place to stay in Unzen, for an affordable price. The owner is really nice, and waited for me to check-in in the evening. The room was great, with a nice view of the nearby lake. I'll gladly stay again, if I ever visit Unzen again.」

Despite having fewer guests, the environment and facilities were still very clean, and everything in the room was well-kept. The breakfast was also excellent, with a comfortable and well-lit atmosphere. If I visit Kumamoto again, I'll definitely come back.」
