「Everything was ok, just one big minus - you have to pay for parking (40 pln for night). It is not included in the room price. There are a lot of activities for the children, the water-pool is working from 8:00 till 21:00 and it’s not very crowded.」

「The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience.」

「Hotel na jedną noc w podróży służbowej. Nie uwzględniono prośby o pokój twin, co przy dwóch facetach ma znaczenie. Odpowiedz w recepcji: „odsuncie sami sobie łóżka”. Pani w recepcji średnio miła. Brak możliwości zaparkowania przy hotelu. Śniadania niby w formie szwedzkiego stołu ale nakładane przez kelnerów. Zasada raczej z oszczędności niż z ochrony przed wirusem. Wystarczy pomyśleć o maseczkach i rękawiczkach jednorazowych czy podzielić pokoje na poszczególne godziny śniadaniowe niż tworzyć...

「The hotel didn’t have any double or queen beds available for my gf and I and on top of that we were watching a movie a little later at night on my phone and the night desk worker repeatedly harassed us and knocked on our door aggressively 3 times after midnight and then proceed to curse me out over a translator app to keep the noise down 」

「Schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Aber: auf dem Dach ist ein Ventilator der so laut ist, dass man ihn permanent hört. Das Internet hat ein Download von 0,5 mb - falls es überhaupt funktioniert. Die meiste Zeit hat es gar nicht funktioniert. Das gleiche mit dem Fernseher. Auch der gerufene Techniker konnte weder das TV noch das Internet zum laufen bringen. Allgemein ist der ganze Service schlicht ausgedrückt eine Katastrophe. Sehr schade, denn eigentlich könnte es eine schöne Anlage sein. Aber so...

「Ogólnie polecamy. Miła obsługa i bardzo dobre śniadania. Pokoje nowoczesne i dobrze umeblowane. Jedynkę łazienka stanowiła problem, ze względu na problem śliskiej podłogi (brak dobrego odpływu wody z prysznica). Fajny dostęp do jeziora, ale mógłby być lepiej utrzymany i zagospodarowany dla gości.」

「Obiekt przepiękny i malowniczo położony. Smaczne śniadania i bardzo miła obsługa. Niestety pokoje niesprzątane w trakcie pobytu, u nas na suficie grzyb, który uczulił mojego syna.」
