Absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir waren mit Familie (3 Kindern) vor Ort und hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung und Unterbringung. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos und liegt in einem wunderschönen ruhigen Ort. Von hier aus lassen sich sehr schöne und vielseitige Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und unkompliziert.
Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Charme authenticité magnifique
La maison est encore plus belle qu en photo.
Pour les amateurs de charme et d authenticité un vrai bonheur.
Maison très bien équipée dans un village au calme avec beaucoup de charme. Les hotes sont très chaleureux et prévoient plus que nous l’aurions imaginé. Accueil au top.
Maison sur 3 étages rdc jeux qui ont ravis toute la famille, au 1er piece de vie et une salle de bain, à l étage deux chambres spacieuses et une autre sdb.
Tout est très bien équipé
Deux terrasses une piscine à tres bonne température
Très bel endroit proche de tout en voiture, de quoi profiter du calme et de l’agitation et des côtes quand on le souhaite.
Encore un grand merci à nos hôtes qui sont d une grande délicatesse et font tout pour que tout se passe parfaitement

Superbe séjour
La maison authentique est superbe, tout le confort pour une famille de 4. Piscine au top, à 29°, très propre. Le rez-de-chaussée est dédié aux jeux (flêchettes, ping-pong, billard, baby-foot...), 1er étage pour la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger. Grands canapés très confortables. TV, musique : superbes équipements.
Au 2e : chambres et SDB, grand lit en 160 très confortable, nombreux rangements, la literie des enfants est cependant très dure.
Les salles d'eau/ de bain sont dans leur jus mais ce n'est pas gênant. Moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres.
Pas de clim mais des ventilateurs au plafond dans les chambres. Nous avons eu quand même très chaud (36 dans les chambres, août 22). La déco est sympa.
Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants, arrangeants, discrets, serviables... A-DO-RABLES!
Nous avons passé un super séjour! vraiment!

Excellent stay in Emporda
A very agreable house, with a lot of charm, nicely located in the emporda region with many beaches and medieval villages in the neighbourhood. Andres and Hortensia have welcomed us in the best manner, making our stay memorable. Warm thanks !

Un havre de paix
Accueil et service sur mesure pour vous assurer un excellent séjour.
La location est située dans un village, au calme, mais à proximité de bon nombre des sites à visiter (plages, criques, villages historiques, musée Dali, ...).
La maison est très bien équipée et dotée d’une piscine d’eau de mer et d’un jaccuzi.
Tout pour vous sentir chez vous !

A property full of character in a beautiful village setting
We loved our stay in Ulla. This property is huge with plenty of room for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teens). Spread over 3 floors it is full of character and has the advantage of pool table, table tennis, table football etc. if the weather isn't good.The outside space is excellent with a choice of tables to eat at, and a lovely, well maintained pool that we had to ourselves for the 10 days. Most kitchen condiments were provided including coffee, and there was a big bowl of fresh fruit on arrival as well as water in the fridge. Parking is on street but we could always find a spot within 50 yards of the property. Owners were very welcoming and we had their mobile number if we needed anything. We appreciated the info they gave us on best beaches, as well as the recommendation to attend the White Summer Festival. Ulla is handy for nearby beaches - about 15 min drive - and would recommend a hike up to Montgrí Castle for spectacular views of the coast and countryside. Supermarket in Torroella (10 min drive) is open until 10pm 7 days a week. I would highly recommend this property!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre propriétaire Andres. Il séjournait avec son épouse et son chien dans la maison attenante à la nôtre, mais en toute discrétion. La piscine, même petite, convenait très bien et l'ensemble de la propriété correspondait à la description avec en plus une très bonne surprise, table de pingpong, babyfoot et billard qui ont fait notre joie pendant le séjour. Seule la climatisation, peu efficace pendant les fortes chaleurs, serait à améliorer. Pour le reste, nous avons passé des vacances parfaites et reposantes. Je recommande !
