연식이있지만 깨끗하게 관리된 편이고, 주인분이 너무 친절하셔서 기분좋게 있다갑니다. 야구 원정 숙소로 썼는데 위치도 너무멀지않고, 작지만 욕조도 있어서 잘 쉬었어요ㅎ

대실 해주는 모텔이였구요 넷플릭스 된다고 기재 되어 있었는데 티비 전원도 되지 않아 방을 옮기고 단속인지 무슨 일로 개인 계정있으면 보라고 합니다. 그리고 침구도 너무 눅눅하고 방음은 1도 안되구요 침구에 머리카락도 있었습니다 아무리 잠만 잘꺼래도 최악이였네요.

깨끗은한데 담배냄세가 좀나고 침대 매트리스가 너무 딱딱해서 푹씬한거 좋아하시는분은 별로일듯하네요.

방음이안되서 너무시끄러웠습니다. 프론트에전화해서 건의했지만 개선되지않았네요 화장실 물내려가는소리까지 들릴정도입니다 새벽까지 잠들지못해서 너무 힘들었네요

깔끔하고 친천합니다.

주인 아주머니 친절하셨고, 객실은 아주 깔끔했으나 살짝 담배 냄새는 있더군요. 욕실도 아주 깔끔했고요. 무엇보다 출장이었고 밤새 인터넷 업무를 했는데, 인터넷 속도가 빨라 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 1층 로비에 무료 커피 머신, 간단한 과자 등의 제공도 좋았고요.

위치는 좀 무섭지만 차로 이동해서 상관없었어요 또 근처에 편의점이랑 슈퍼 둘다 있고 배달오는 업체도 많아요 첫번째 받은 방에서 악취가 나서 방 옮겨달라고 했더니 흔쾌히 해주셨어요

The owner lady was really nice and friendly. She delayed our check out time so that we could sleep in, which is pretty awesome. The room is slightly different from what I expected but not much to complain, to be honest.

걸어서 5분거리에 버스정류장이 있습니다. 또한 관광지랑 가까운 장점을 가지고 있습니다. 하지만 위치는 좀 어두운골목이라 밤에 찾으면 무섭더라고요. 세면대랑 화장실이 독립되어 있어서 좋았어요.

centrally located hotel with a decent walkability

When we first arrived, our booking was lost, but when it was found, it had said the booking was cancelled. We were a little concerned that we might not have a room, however the woman working in the office was very quick to find us a room which matched our booking. She was pleasant to us whenever we left the hotel or returned. We didn't hear anything about continental breakfast, or if we could take part in it, even though it was right by the front desk, so I'd recommend other people ask about it. We luckily had many close options for brunch in Ulsan, so we didn't need it. The cleaning staff were impeccable, as everything was straightened up and organized everyday. Our room was incredibly nice to return to, with good duvets and pillows, as well as the nice service items in the room (coffees, teas, water bottles, and all the soaps). The location was close to the river park, near bus lines, and we didn't have to walk too much to find food or markets. This place was a great hotel for the money, and we were able to see many of the sights we wanted to see by walking or a short bus ride. Also, they had their own punch card system, so you can earn your own free stay here after staying so many times, definitely something to look into if you travel to Ulsan often.
