Apartment Maritea is three bedroom apartment with swimming pool located in Srbarica, 5 km away from Umag.
Apartment Maritea has 120 m2 of space with private pool and offers accommodation for 6 persons.
On the ground floor you will find a living room with sofa, satellite TV, dining area, terrace with seating, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double bed, balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
Both bathrooms have a shower.
Guests can also use the private pool with shower and private BBQ area.
Free parking is onsite.
The owners live in the house.

Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam und jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Die Unterkunft sehr großzügig. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wir haben ihn sehr genossen.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in einem echten Traumhaus

Es war von der Anreise bis zur Verabschiedung ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Die Hausherrin war sehr, sehr nett und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand, sehr gepflegt und sauber und mit Liebe fürs Detail ausgestattet. Der Garten mit Pool wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt, dieser ist wunderbar angelegt, der Grillplatz ist gemütlich und einladend, direkt unterm Olivenbaum. Nur gegen die Mücken sollte man ein Spray dabeihaben, dann sind diese aber auch kein Problem mehr! Alles in allem ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub für uns und die Kinder! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren eine Woche zu sechst im Haus. Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles nötige war vorhanden. Parkplatz für 2 Autos direkt vor dem Haus. Klima in Wohnzimmer unten und Flur oben. Der große Pool war nur für uns. Der Gasgrill war sehr praktisch. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und kann gut Deutsch. Das war ein schöner Urlaub!
