    Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Barboj, just 5 km from the centre of Umag in Croatia, the 2-family house "Romina" offers a refined and tranquil holiday rental experience in one of Istria's most sought-after coastal regions. Built in 2018, this well-appointed property sits in a quiet, sunny position at the end of a cul-de-sac, ensuring complete privacy and serenity throughout your stay. The fully fenced private grounds extend across 500 m2 and feature a beautifully maintained garden with lawn, providing a lush and inviting setting for relaxation. The angular swimming pool, measuring 7 x 3 m with a depth of 150 cm, is available seasonally from 01 May to 30 September and is equipped with an internal staircase for easy access, with pool maintenance handled directly by the owner. A covered parking space is available on the premises, offering convenience and security for your vehicle. The property benefits from wireless internet access throughout, keeping you connected during your stay. A tennis court is available 1.5 km from the property, while the surrounding area provides ample opportunities for outdoor recreation and leisure.

The 3 bedrooms are each furnished to ensure a restful stay: the first features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, the second offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third is appointed with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The apartment also benefits from an open kitchen fully integrated into the living space, and a roofed terrace of 8 m2 furnished with terrace furniture and offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool.
