The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, and adjoining living area with dining table with four chairs, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection. The complete bathroom has a shower, washing machine, sink with mirror and cabinet, hairdryer, towels for the bathroom two per person provided, iron and ironing board available. At the entrance of the house, there is a small terrace with a table and two garden chairs. ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. The highlight of the accommodation is the 12sqm covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs overlooking the garden, ideal for relaxing moments. In the fenced courtyard of 200 square meters, there is a portable barbecue and parking. The house is only 8 km away from the center of Umag, while 2.5 km from the beach. The grocery store is 2 km away near the Finida campsite or 2.5 km in the village of Lovrečica. 4 km away from the Park Umag campsite where you can enter on foot and use the campsite's bathing facilities.
