  • Welcome to your holiday oasis! Our charming and air-conditioned 55 m² holiday flat offers the perfect retreat for those who want to enjoy relaxing days close to the beach and the centre of Umag. Situated on the ground floor of an idyllic detached house, this accommodation is equipped with a lovely garden, practical garden furniture and a private entrance. Whether for two friendly couples, families or holidaymakers who like to leave the car behind - here you will find peace and comfort.

    Inside, the flat has two cosy bedrooms with double beds, bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobes, one of which has direct access to the terrace. High-quality bed linen and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor bonnet, kettle, coffee machine, dining table with chairs, satellite TV and DVD ensure comfort. Free Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, mirror and two towels per person round off the facilities. There is also a practical utility room with a washing machine.
