Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn 100 m2, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, depth 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 150 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station 34 km, rocky beach 3 km, public bathing area 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, tennis 3 km. Semi-detached house consists of 2 apartments rented as one unit.
5-room semi-detached house 147 m2. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Tolles Haus ruhig gelegen mit Garten und Pool. Garten sieht auf dem Fotos größer aus, ist aber ausreichend. Gute Restaurants im Ort. Lage ist gut: ca. 3 km zum Strand. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
