The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are outstanding (relaxation room, chair massage room, laundry, vending machines, free coffee (very delicious in relaxation room). And on top of it, breakfast is outstanding with both western and Japanese alternatives. I tried them both, and both are great. "

"We loved our stay here! We had a family room for three adults and had plenty of space. The bathrooms were large compared to other hotels and they had plenty of amenities. Everyone was very helpful and everything was very clean. We did not eat at the hotel because we thought it a bit much for breakfast however the only thing to eat in the area were items from the convenience store. This hotel was also very easy to get to from the JR lines and subway. I would love to stay here again. "
