“We loved staying here, we extended our stay by nearly a week! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean is fantastic, and I've never seen such beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was simple, but had everything we needed. The staff and owners were lovely. I want to thank Sandy specifically because when my partner injured her foot, Sandy helped tremendously. She brought some aloe plants from her home and helped us apply it. She is such a genuinely kind person. The only drawback is……

“PROS: We had an amazing 4-days stay at Elysium. This Boutique Hotel is a true gem worth every 5-stars, nested a short-tuk-tuk ride from Unawatuna or Galle. The hotel is on a quiet beautiful beach. There are rocks, so you cannot swim directly in from the hotel, but you have a small and beautiful cove 100m on the right. And you can enjoy the view of fishermen on their stilts from the hotel terrace at sunrise and sunset! Spot is perfect for both. The rooms are very large and comfortable, decorated……

Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig und modern - das Highlight war der Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und den Feldern. Das Frühstück war auf Sri Lankanische Art gemacht - super lecker. Außerdem fanden wir es ganz toll, dass das Hotel einem Einheimischen gehört!!! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben aber wir kommen wieder! ;) Until next time!”
