「First time staying in Ungasan, and I absolutely loved it. Such a romantic place—it truly feels like home. I looked forward to coming back to this atmosphere every day. The staff are incredibly warm and accommodating. The place itself is beautiful, with a stunning view that makes you feel like you’re on top of the mountain. The location is also very accessible. Everything just feels right. I will definitely come back and would love to try other Kirana branches as well. 💖」

「The staffs are very friendly there. Particularly when we arrived hotel at late evening of 13/4/17 and room service was not available, the staff drove us to get dinner which is much appreciated for his hospitality. Only some decorations or facilities of villa need to be fixed and wifi not worked at villa (room)」

「Great villa and amazing staff」

「Exceptional place and the food here is fantastic.」
