Particularly when we arrived hotel at late evening of 13/4/17 and room service was not available, the staff drove us to get dinner which is much appreciated for his hospitality. 「Lia was the perfect host, along with her amazing team. We had a truly wonderful time from start to finish. Lia went above and beyond, from arranging an early check-in to managing bike hire and helping with everything we needed during our stay. She and her team made our experience seamless and memorable. A special mention to Geovani as well, who liaised closely with Lia and ensured everything ran smoothly prior to our arrival. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and we highly recommend meeting Lia...

I enjoyed my stay in Prasana, the staff are so nice and helpful, the spa is good and i love the free shuttle service there. I would definitely recommend it!
