“I loved the stay, the veranda with sea view was great. We had some trouble finding hot water and what was called a swimmingpool was a joke. But everyone was kind, breakfastplace calm and friendly, and the fruit and food was great. I would rather stay at Aluna than in the more posh part of the city.”

The suite we stayed in on the 4th floor had a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The property was well maintained and the staff was amazingly accommodating. “From the time I arrived to the hotel both of the front desk people were so nice a male and a female(i am horrible with names unfortunately) I had to wait for my room to check in, which was not an issue. I sat at fhe beach for a while then had lunch. The hotel isa small boutique hotel and i loved the seclusion. Every day wqs beautiful there and my oceanfront room was gorgeous. All the foods and drinks were amazing! 10/10 had the best birthday vacation I've ever had and they made it very special.……

“We stayed at Simba for 4 days and our time there was so great. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious (we ate breakfast there every morning and dinner there every night). The pool was well used by my three kiddos and the lounge chairs were a nice touch next to the pool. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“Arrival was difficult - difficulty contacting host, and on arrival they gave us a wrong room and moved us, then needed us to move again for our final night. Each apartment had wifi and a tv, and there was an AC unit in each bedroom. But there were no good instructions about using the place, no maps or helpful tools for visitors, and you needed to hunt for the single soap and 2 towels. Very basic.”
