“The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great!
The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short.
They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs!
Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one……

“Everything was perfect... Manager Maria and other staff were very helpful and kind, they helped us arrange every transportation we need and the tour to Prison Island & Stone Town. Beautiful beautiful bungalow and well-maintained. “Séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin.
Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour aider. La nourriture était délicieuse, variée et de très grande qualité. Les chambres ainsi que les espaces communs étaient impeccables, avec une propreté irréprochable.
On se sent vraiment bien dans cet hôtel, l’ambiance est agréable et tout est pensé pour que les clients passent un séjour parfait.

“This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. “Wonderful! The staff can't do enough for you. The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely, the view spectacular. From Yacinta at the front desk, to Agustino, Kelvin and Alfred in the bar and restaurant, to Chef Ali and the delicious food, every one really cared for us and wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Even the groundsmen and the housekeepers had a lovely smile and ask about your day, honestly I can't speak highly enough. A great experience, wish we didnt have to leave!”

“We had a very nice stay at this hotel. There were some mixed experiences as we did not like the set dinner menu and the breakfast but were blown away by the lunch. We would recommend to not play music at the pool and change the black and white plastic cups to at least seethrough plastic glasses which would better fit the rest of the hotel experience.”
