“We had so so much fun during our visit! The location is so beautiful, we were so fortunate to see the peak of fall colors and it was breathtaking. We saw the sunrise over the mountains right from our cabin and we had a clear view of the sky for nighttime sky gazing too, the stars are so much brighter! The actual drive to the house was super manageable, didn’t need 4WD so long as you don’t try to drive up the gravel driveway, which Michelle advises against anyway. “This apartment is absolutely amazing! The views are beautiful and all the amenities were great! I will agree with another reviewer that there is an odor at the location and that same odor is at other nearby stores and fields. By the time we left town we agreed that it must be some kind of a native plant. It's hard to describe but is quite pungent. Additionally, if you are a light sleeper, this is right on the side of a main thoroughfare to get to the nearby lake and there's a decent amount of……

“Beautiful place and amazing views! My only complaint was that the drive to the cabin was very steep and rocky on unpaved roads. We avoided leaving the cabin in order to limit the amount of times we drove up there. Definitely bring a good car for off-roading! Other than that the cabin was stunning, clean, and the perfect getaway.”

“We absolutely LOVED Twisted Vines Cabin! We happened to be visiting Butler, TN during the winter storm that just occurred, so our visit was cut a little short, but the cabin was just perfect! Cozy and comfortable, and extremely clean! It is a perfect getaway spot, and we hope to visit again when we can experience better weather!”

But for the amount of money we paid it was pretty much a hole in the wall place and we wondered what we were pulling up to when we showed up...
