“Everything is old! The microwave has obviously not cleaned for a while with all the food stuff there. The towels were really dirty. No amenities just the soap bars. ”

“Room was nice but on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable. The Bathroom is again on the smaller side with the sink separated in the room but the rain fall showerhead was great. Unfortunately I didn't noticed there appeared to be black mold on the window sills until i checked out. For that reason alone I wouldn't stay again. Location was good, close to everything and a great breakfast place on property.”

We take a long distance and tiring flight from Taiwan to YVR. And it's such a pleasure to stay in this hotel for two nights. The cozy room did comfort our jet lag. I like the ambience and the design of the hotel . The bed is really soft and comfortable. Supreme shampoo and shower gel provided by the resorts are……

“Jen helped me with my bags and took the time to talk. A lovely woman. She’s so welcoming. The room and bathroom were as spotless as always. The bed and pillows are always so comfortable and the location is right in town so you can walk everywhere. The lake is a short drive as well as hiking trails. I love the old hardwood floors , and comfy furnishings in the common areas. The kitchen is so spacious and has 2 stoves , big fridge and anything you need from Brita coffee makers to plates cups and……

“Room was fine. Staff were courteous, especially in helping with the uncooperative TV! All in all our stay was fine, though basic, although the price was "basic" too! So no complaints.”

“Room was nice. Renovated. Nice fridge and selection of toiletries. Front desk staff was pleasant However, the bed was just awful. So hard (and I like a firm mattesss). Sheets were very rough. Not a complainer and can generally sleep wherever but this bed was next level uncomfortable. ”
