I asked where the ice machine was for rooms on 1st floor?I was told I must take elevator and go to 2nd floor area where drink and snack machines r located, it's located beside them. 「Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy.
