Host was quick to communicate before and even during our stay. Above and beyond amenities. We had cookies waiting for us upon arrival. “Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. Again, very cool house but just think……

Unfortunately the large walnut tree that provides shade also covered the deck and yard with debris - which is toxic to dogs! So, I had to walk mine on leash in the park up the street.
