"You have to call to let the hotel know you need the airport shuttle, but it came within about 20 min after I did and was clean and comfortable. The room was clean, check in was efficient, and I'll stay here again if I get stuck overnight at La Guardia. "

"Arrived around 10pm to check in. There was a long line of people who didn't have the foresight to book in advance, and as a result, I had to wait 45 minutes to check in even though I set everything up. Not what I expected at 10pm. Everything else was fine."

"Happy about: 1. Staff were quite helpful 2. Breakfast was okay Not quite expected: 1. The room pictures are quite deceptive. Overall the hotel is quite old. 2. The hot water in the shower need to be activated by turning on both the faucet and the shower for a couple minutes. Expected and happened: 1. The noise from the planes due to how close the hotel is to LGA."

"This is an essentially unstaffed property. YOu get email codes for building and room access. Makes for some confusion when you arrive as that's not fully clear upon booking. The property and room is decent enough, bice and close to subways to get to Manhattan etc. But the room while clean has out of liquid soap in the shower, the internet password card in the room referenced a wifi that wasn't active, the battery on the TV remote was low and often didn't respond, and because the TV only worked with WiFi wasn't working either. The phone support number people were helpful enough. So given a few blocks away are both Marriott and Hilton options for only $50/day more, consider carefully if you're willing to give up on any real human support element for the savings."

"Could do with a refurbishment in parts. Overall a decent stay, was clean and staff were helpful. "

"They have a parking lot and I needed it for only 2 nights and the front desk was trying to charge me my whole stay when I wasn’t using it for all those extra nights. My room also didn’t have a smart tv, as the staffs was trying to help and bring us a smart tv for it not to work. The rooms are vintage, not modern or updated at all but that’s ok. The price per night is ridiculous. Besides that I loved it and would stay again, just less days."
