"The house was exactly as listed and had a very cozy feel. The host had very clear instructions that were easy to follow. If we needed anything she was always available and quick to respond. I had told her about the cleanliness of some pillows and she explained what happened and offered to have cleaners come to take care of it during our stay if we had mentioned it earlier. Though the property is quite a distance away from attractions like Garden of the Gods and Rocky Mountains/Estes Park, it still served as a great central location for anywhere we went. Neighborhood felt very quiet and safe at all times of the day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very nice home especially for older people as it’s a ranch style home so very convenient. Basement, space, beds, were all very nice. The pool table needs some work and the fire pit out back wouldn’t stay on for a while. Very nice and clean. I will say it’s 2 hours from a lot of the attractions but shopping and other things are close enough. Very nice place all around though. "

"Wonderful property! Safe neighborhood, a playground right across the street. The house was nice. Plenty of room for our crew and fun games in the basement to keep kids entertained. We were about 10 minutes from shopping and food. Very convenient location "
