“So obviously they have been remodeling. The new updated flooring looks so much better. The room we had ; had an old shower with mold. Definitely need to replace the showers! The tub in my room was AWESOME! I loved the lake view . Although during our stay our privacy “fence” broke so we really couldn’t enjoy it the next day. But they did send maintenance pretty fast to fix . Which was great! TVs are small, maybe a little update on TVs too! Staff was nice and friendly. Although they shouldn’t……

“The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The mini fridge had some issues, but management sent a maintenance person within an hour of request to check it out. It didn't want to stay cold. It would work, then not, back and forth. When we checked out told person that room need repair or replacement. There were some noises, late in the evening from people slamming doors and stomping around in the hallway/room. The noises quit eventually. Staff was very friendly and informative. ……

“Well about ten minutes after checking in there was definitely a domestic issue going on outside the door of our room in the hallway on the third floor that staff was aware of (per their self report of observing it on their facility cameras). You could hear them screaming on the first floor from the third floor. We asked about a refund to which we were told we have to attempt to get through Expedia and if we did then it would take several weeks to receive. They moved our room to the first floor……
