“The Staff was great. The breakfast was very good. This was the first time I have been in a Hostal and I was happy with it. The first room we stayed was small but the second room was much bigger and nice. It was on the third floor and there is no elevator but the Staff was very kind to help us with the luggage. The location was very convenient, walking distance to the Bus Station. ”

“The kitchen was stocked and they provided breakfast every morning, which was nice. The space was clean and it was nice to have separate bedrooms (4 people, 3 rooms). The location is walking distance from the bus-stop and was a great hub for staying in the area. Would recommend. ”

“Smaller, but sufficient rooms, clean, comfy beds, bathroom maintenance little neglected. Very nice staff, fantastic breakfast and meals in the small, on-premise restaurant.”

The hotel staff promised the charge when we checked in, but after we leave the hotel several days later, they charge additionally to our credit card. There is no reply to our email, which makes people very frustrated and disappointed at this kind of service. We would never recommend people to use this hotel in their travel. ”

“Nice small hotel about 1K from bus station. Also close to Mirador Cerro De La Cruz. Double room is small but nicely decorated with amenities in good order. Continental breakfast served is also good with fresh fruits.”

“It was nice to have a stove and kitchen, but the room was not very nice. It was also right next to the street and walkway, on the same level. This hotel served its purpose and the staff was great, but probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was in a pinch.”

“Would have been great if the staff was more proficient in English. The property was a bit dated, but a great value for money. They staff were very helpful and friendly once on-site, but did not return e-mails prior to arrival. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall a great stay! ”

“String Odor/smell that they were trying mask with a deodorizer. Smell was of mold and sewage. Particularly around the elevator and to some extent on the floors. Staff was pleasant but not really helpful. Attached restaurant and bar staff were not interested in taking orders for food or drink. Do not count on a 6:30 am breakfast, coffee was there but not much else.”

“It is a small room in the back of a residence. Fabián makes every effort so that you feel at home. It is not too close to downtown, we ended renting a car.”
