"Room had an odor like old drains which did not go away despite use. Airing the room out helped a little. Bed was both too soft and too firm, my hips and shoulders are very sore. Walls outside were relatively soundproof, but things happening in the corridor sounded like they were in my room. Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and the location was pretty good, roughly equidistant between the train station and city center. There was a kitchenette if you need one. Always appreciate an elevator and baggage storage."

"The hotel is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Petite France and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was excellent and made many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of selections."

"Hotel was nice and very conveniently located. Rooms were spacious enough for where it is located. As other comments have mentioned, it is louder as it’s right at the place Kleber but if you like that then this is a great spot to stay! Breakfast was high quality and good. Overall, great stay at a great price. "

"Great location! Staff, cleanliness and amenities could use improvement. A bit run down with lighting, upkeep and basic offerings needing care (mattresses, light fixtures, bathrooms). The staff was non-existent and unapproachable at times, even for basic questions. It’s a great budget option, but do manage your expectations!"
