“Such a funky property but great rooms for a small family- played ping pong in the lobby every night. Great location downtown.”

“I loved the way they renovated the rooms but still kept the history in the building. It was raining when we went but we managed to hang out at the pool for a couple hours in the sunshine and it was amazing! The only thing that caught me off guard is that I wasn't verbally reminded of the parking fees so when they invoiced me for two days of parking after my stay it was a bit of a shock, but I guess that was my fault too. The rooms are super quiet and it's in the heart of downtown which I loved!……

“Love the cleanliness and unique design/decor. The location is amazing as well. We wished the indoor pool was heated as it was pretty cold and I think adding lawn chairs to sunbathe in the outdoor garden area off the indoor pool would be the way to go.”

“We had a one bedroom suite with plenty of room and I especially appreciated the clean scent as if the floors were just mopped with Fabuloso or Pinesol instead of the usual hotel scent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only opportunity is valet parking. We had to wait entirely too long and not because the young men weren't working. They were running. The system just doesn't flow well. That said, I liked the property and our room. I would stay here again.”

“The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!”

“I told a used pad wrapper in the room on the floor, the power went out outside where we valet park and it was pitch black and scary, and our tv didn’t work. For $194 a night, it wasn’t worth it AT ALL”

“We stayed on the 10th floor. Everything was excellent except the noise level from the streets below. No fault of the hotel or staff themselves but quite noisy. Of course it also was a holiday weekend. The staff was awesome and clean rooms with tidying up daily. Everyone was always friendly. The valets were always friendly but when we picked up our vehicle the last day, it was evident that the controls were messed with in the vehicle and that was not necessary. “Breakfast was amazing and free. One of my favorites. Had an omelete on one day and avocado toast the next. Depends on the day and chef special. Free selection of drinks from the bar, with token, from 5-630. My girls loved the shirley temples. I really enjoyed the stay with exception of the room temp. It was set at 68, felt way hotter, they do not let it go lower even if you change it. We requested a fan. Do not valet on busy days. We went on the 4th of July weekend. We had a 40 minute wait to……

Our only issue was the delay in the elevators on a particularly busy night and we couldn't find the stairs to take them instead.
