“A wonderful place with beautiful views!”

“Wifi was spotty. Breakfast was minimal. Bagels, toast, yogurt and cereal. Bed and pillow was comfortable. AC didn’t get very cold. AC was loud and woke me up through out the night. Not enough towels in the room. When we asked the front desk we were directed to the pool to get towels… would I stay again? Maybe.”

“Room was nice”

“When you walked in, you could smell the dampness or the carpet. The ice machine on the second floor was dirty. The room was fine, including the beds. There was a cheap motel next-door however I was able to park on the other side of the building. The location was beautiful. There also was an issue with one of the treadmills. The breakfast was good. The attendant in the morning was nice and kind. I will stay there again for the price.”

“Breakfast is standard. Rooms and property were clean. Still close to the heart of Chattanooga and interstate 24. Price was decent too”

“I was in town for a wedding and needed some clothing shipped ahead to the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, coordinating the deliveries with me so that the packages were already in my room upon arrival! Unfortunately, the postal carrier marked a few items as "delivered" when they actually hadn't arrived yet. The hotel staff completely set my mind at ease, assuring me they would track them down and ensure I received them, even if it happened after my departure. Sure enough, the remaining……

“The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!”

“Super great place to stay. It was clean, convenient, and accommodating.”

“I told a used pad wrapper in the room on the floor, the power went out outside where we valet park and it was pitch black and scary, and our tv didn’t work. For $194 a night, it wasn’t worth it AT ALL”

“The staff was amazing and the hotel was sooo nice and the beds are sooo comfortable, especially after a long day of touring the city. Definitely will be staying there next time I stay in Chattanooga! I could not reccomend Hotel Clemons enough!”

“We did not participate in the bar because there were so many places having events and activities that we were out all day and night. ”

“Clean/ quiet”

“The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well.”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……
