“The lady handling the breakfast was very rude to everyone. My room had broken tile in the bathroom, messed up bathroom door and the threshold that separates the carpet from the tile had tacks exposed. I let front desk and maintenance know and they didn't seem too concerned”

“Granted, at a Motel 6, I don’t expect luxury…however, I do expect a clean, safe room, and this establishment was not that. I personally feel like this Motel 6 needs to be condemned, because as soon as the sun starts to go down, you have all these roaches on everything, the walls, in the showers, etc. it’s disgusting and gross. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, and the window was missing a piece of glass (as if it had been punched out or hit with a ball), they also didn’t try to clean up that glass. I……

“We had a great stay at the Moxy in Chattanooga! Staff was extremely friendly, the bar had great (well made) drinks, and the atmosphere was fun and upbeat. Clean, no overpowering hotel smells, and easy access to everything I needed during my stay. Convenient and within walking distance of a lot of attractions, food, activities and more. “I can tell that this is a newer building. It was a more modern design than of the the LaQuinta’s I’ve stayed at. The only downside was the parking fee. I get it if there is a parking garage in a horribly busy city area but they have their own parking lot on property. I’ve never stayed at a LaQuinta that has guests pay $18 a day for parking! Chattanooga in general has limited parking & pretty much every hotel I looked at charges for parking…but most of them are in areas with limited space. The……

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience.
