“The property is peacefully located with a beautiful view of the river. The site was clean, well maintained and adorably decorated with the property having a fairytale appeal. The only issue I had was the mattress was extremely sagging on both sides; in desperate need of replacement.”

“The breakfast was ok. I assumed when you had a Continental breakfast, there would be scrambled eggs, toast and bacon or sausage with it, but if you wanted that you had to pay for it. I guess the Hotels in Tennessee only serve cereal, bagels, apples, juice and coffee. Everything else was great except the breakfast.”

“If Very friendly Morning Staff and cleaning crew are super nice (night shift receptionist is not approachable/helpful), clean breakfast and welcome area, clean room,(pool looks dirty though) walking distance to fast food is a plus specially when traveling with children”

“Granted, at a Motel 6, I don’t expect luxury…however, I do expect a clean, safe room, and this establishment was not that. I personally feel like this Motel 6 needs to be condemned, because as soon as the sun starts to go down, you have all these roaches on everything, the walls, in the showers, etc. it’s disgusting and gross. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, and the window was missing a piece of glass (as if it had been punched out or hit with a ball), they also didn’t try to clean up that glass. I……

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“Our stay was excellent. We were in a deluxe sleeper and it was such a unique experience. The staff is extremely friendly and the train sleeper was very clean. The neighborhood is fun and plenty to do within walking distance. ”

“The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. “Staff members were very hospitable, Alaysia was wonderful. Linens were clean, breakfast area was kept clean and neat. Only complaint we had was the bathroom, the tub fixtures were not in great condition and the water to the toilet ran on and off most of the night. Otherwise seamless hotel stay. ”
