"Provide better instructions on retrieving keys and contact person. Leave instructions in unit on how to use water heater/ AC. We figured out at the end of the stay how to get hot water in the shower. Ensure equipment are functional and not broken. Faucet in the master bedroom was broken. "

"Yup, the title says it all. This new apartment of Simon is perhaps one of the best I had stayed in. The property has a private lift features, so right after i came out of the lift the unit is infront of my eyes. Without the hassle or need to open another lock or to find a unit. The house is very classy and secure, furnished with modern and classy design in mind. Location wise is perfect as well. "The location is really good and connected to the mall easy access but the room so stain and the bunk bed they provide unsafe to put kids on it shaking. No extra bed sheets in the room & wasn’t clean from the previous visitors when we check in"
