「Great place to stay!」

「Nice new hotel and fantastic location near campus. You can easily walk to some restaurants nearby. Clean and sleek pool and exercise area. The only bad point was the breakfast. It’s a typical hotel continental breakfast, but my son was disappointed they didn’t have hashbrowns or any kind of potatoes. A tad overpriced too considering it’s not a big city. 」

「We had a issue with no remote to the tv so after the third time down to the front desk we asked for a new room. The front desk person was more then happy to do that for us. Thsnks for the help after a long day of driving.」

「We had to unexpectedly stay the night in Waco after a medical procedure. They got us in to their last available room. It was comfortable, cool, and safe. Just what we needed. They even graciously extended our checkout the next morning. Terrific beds, a/c, and breakfast/coffee choices. Thanks for your kindness! 」

「All was great except for the Lady that was taking care of the breakfast. She was very rude. I came politely to her and asked her if she could get us some more syrup at there wasn’t any please. She gave me a dirty look and walked away. There was several people waiting to have it with their waffles. Just not very professional! I base my stay on how people treat you.」

「Everything was wonderful during our stay with one exception. We stayed in room 306 and every so often we’d hear this strange knocking noise next to the bathroom and electric box. It occurred at all times and night with the last night being from 4:30 am until 6 am. We spoke to staff who said they were aware of the problem and there was a loose pipe in the wall. The only way to fix it would be to open the wall. It sounds as if no one wants to fix it. Other than the problem with the wall everyone...
