Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe vom Skigebiet

Eine schöne große Ferienwohnung über mehrere Ebenen. Die Betten waren bei Anreise bezogen und es gab ausreichend Handtücher. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zum Skifahren in Lofer dort. Ein tolles Skigebiet für Familien. In Unken selbst gibt es fußläufig einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

Ungenügend

Von dieser Ferienunterkunft kann man nur ganz dringend abraten. Von Wohlfühlurlaub, wie beworben, kann hier überhaupt keine Rede sein. Wir haben trotz Buchung für 10 Tage in dieser Wohnung nicht eine! Nacht verbracht! Es roch sehr muffig und feucht, da täuschten auch alle bei der Ankunft auf Kipp stehenden Fenster zur Lüftung nicht hinweg. Auf den Fensterbänken lagen tote Fliegen, Insekten und Mücken. Die Thermoskanne in der Küche war von alten Kaffeerückständen verkrustet. Da haben wir uns die Frage gestellt, wie es auch sonst um die Sauberkeit bestellt ist und ob sich vor Ankunft neuer Gäste niemand um solche Dinge kümmert. Die Bilder des Onlineauftritts sind stark idealisiert und geben die Realität nicht im Geringsten wieder. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist mächtig in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem das Wc ist weit von heutigen Standards entfernt. Man fühlt sich arg hinters Licht geführt. Vor allem, wenn man bedenkt, welcher Preis hier aufgerufen wird.

Schwarzer Schimmel

Leider haben wir uns in diesem Ferienhaus nicht wohlgefühlt. Wir haben festgestellt, dass in der Küche an der gesamten Wand schwarzer Schimmel und Schimmelsporen waren. Ebenfalls war Schimmel in dem Badezimmer an der Decke und an zwei Wänden. Mit dem Schimmelentfernerspray, welches schon vor Ort in der Küche stand, haben wir versucht den Schimmel zu entfernen, leider ohne großen Erfolg. Nur einzelne Schimmelsporen waren danach nicht mehr sichtbar. Schimmel sollte in dieser Menge in einem Ferienhaus keinesfalls vorliegen. Familie Müller hat trotz zahlreichen Bildern die den Schimmel einwandfrei darstellen, sich nicht wirklich dafür interessiert und sogar verneint, dass dies Schimmel sei. Wir haben uns sehr auf unsere Auszeit und den Wohlfühlurlaub gefreut, waren jedoch sehr enttäuscht. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Natürlich haben wir alles dokumentiert und viele Bilder von dem schwarzen Schimmel gemacht, leider können wir diese hier nicht einfügen.

Rundum zufrieden

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Familie benötigt. Der englische Einrichtungsstil ist sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieter war bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
