Well.. what shall I say Had to walk over 1km + to & fro to pick my keys Room was smelly.. it’s say tea & coffee in the room.. but none was there .. yes there were tea & coffee bags and sugar but no kettle Took us ages to find the entrance to the hotel We were welcomed with tons of dirty laundry on the floor .. not a great view when you check in to your room .. It wasn’t even near the Swiss quality of the hotels expected Soo.. never again

The worst receptionist ever!!

This hotel is the worst. We read the review so we kind of expected already that we needed to go to get a key at another hotel. Even though they should’ve informed us ahead… that’s still okay. However, our room had only 1 set of towel. We called the hotel from our phone since the hotel’s phone didn’t seem to work. The reception name Franco is the rudest! Without saying sorry or anything he insisted that we NEED to come and pick it up at another hotel where we checked in. We kind of annoyed because it was already 11pm and we were super tired. He didn’t even bother to try to help or feel responsible for it. He sounded annoyed and then just HANG UP THE CALL!!! Seriously, the rudest ever!! This’s not even our fault. The worst experience ever.

Für eine kurzweilige Übernachtung ist es vollkommen in Ordnung. Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wäre schön, wenn diese einmal etwas modernisiert werden würden.

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Durch die Lage an einer Hauptstraße war es leider etwas laut. WLAN ist vorhanden, allerdings war die Anmeldung mit eSIM schwierig, da eine SMS zur Bestätigung nötig war – hier wäre eine alternative Lösung hilfreich. Insgesamt aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Hat den Zweck erfüllt - kein Luxus, kein Garnichts

Als Business Übernachtung gerade so ausreichend. Einchecken vor Ort nicht möglich, man muss zum 5 Min. entfernten Schwester Hotel fahren (oder zu Fuss gehen). Ein Bett weich, ein Bett pickelhart, Nachttischlampe ging nicht (Glühmittel defekt)... einfach das Minimum. War in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht.

Laute Schlafstätte statt Hotel

Die Unterkunft ist zwar günstig für Schweizer Verhältnisse aber das begründet nicht das abgwohnte Zimmer mit schmutzigem Teppich. Auch die Hauptstraße vor dem Gebäude wäre nicht das Problem, wenn dort nicht ein loser Kanaldeckel wäre, der jedes Fahrzeug mit einem dröhnenden Bu-Bumm quittiert, was ab 5 Uhr morgens zu Qual wird.

Leider wurden wir um 03.00h nachts durch andere Hotelgäste aus dem Schlaf gerissen, die in grösster Lautstärke auf dem Korridor relativ lange miteinander sprachen und lachten.

Bom para 1 noite apenas que ficamos

Foi apenas 1 noite somente para dormir. O check-in foi feito em um outro Hotel próximo, conforme estava nas orientações da reserva e foi bem rápido. A subida para o quarto é de escada e, como estava com dores na coluna foi bastante difícil. Outro “problema” que tivemos foi que no quarto só havia uma única toalha de banho, a qual tive que dividir com minha esposa. Como já era madrugada e o Hotel não dispunha de funcionários, não quisemos nos deslocar até o outro hotel (onde fizemos o checkin) para solicitar a 2a toalha

Unser Hotelzimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war sauber, ja, jedoch konnte dies nicht über den Abnutzungsgrad des Teppichbodens sowie den Allgemeinzustand des Zimmers hinweg helfen. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße und bei offenem Fenster fuhr der Verkehr am 6.00 Uhr gefühlt direkt durch das Zimmer. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich aktuell eine Baustelle, die ihr übriges zum Lärmpegel am Freitag und Montag beigetragen hat. Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht, diesen Umstand zu kompensieren.

Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen, hat zwar seinen Zweck erfüllt und war nicht allzu teuer, aber der alte Teppich war richtig dreckig und hat extrem gestunken, das lavabo und dusche sind nicht abgelaufen, das Zimmer war allg. schmuddelig und die Fernbedinung war sehr dreckig und klebrig!

Leider waren das die schlimmsten zwei Tage, die ich in diesem Hotel verbracht habe. Das Zimmer nebenan wurde von Paaren gemietet, die die ganze Nacht über die Gäste übernahmen. Einer nach dem anderen. Sehr lärmend. Es fühlte sich eher wie ein Bordell als ein Hotel an. Ich werde leider nicht wieder dorthin gehen. Und ich werde es auch nicht empfehlen. Vor allem, weil das Zimmer nicht gesaugt wurde und überall Staub war, nie wieder.
