Unterwössen 2023

Die FeWo war wie beschrieben. Im Haus gab es zusätzlich noch Sauna und Getränkeautomat sowie eine Bar und Waschmaschine/Trockner. Alles bestens. Leider war es im Dachstudio an den ersten Tagen sehr warm. Ein kleiner Lüfter wäre schön gewesen. Auch fehlt an den Fenster Fliegengaze. Bei eingesch. Licht Abends konnte die Tür bzw Fenster nicht geöffnet werden da sonst einige Mücken in die Wohnung gekommen wären. Im Bad in der Dusche befanden sich etwas Schimmel. Wäre schön wenn dieser entfernt worden wäre. Aber Vermieter war stets sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch wurde für den Aufenthalt mit Hunden gedacht. Im Eingangsbereich befanden sich zwei Körbe. In einem waren saubere Handtücher um den Hunden die Pfoten etc. abzuwischen wenn diese ins Haus kamen und die dreckigen Handtücher konnten in den 2. Korb gelegt werden. Die Körbe wurden täglich geleert bzw wieder aufgefüllt.

leider stimmen die Fotos nur zum Teil mit der Wohnung überein. An der Sauberkeit könnte man noch etwas verbessern. An sonsten war alles wie beschrieben. Ruhige aber Zentrale Lage.

Saubere Wohnung, gut und ruhig gelegen.

Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist am Ortsrand ruhig und schön gelegen. Von Shampoo, Spülmittel, Geschirrtücher über Hand- und Badetücher war alles vorhanden. Kleine aber feine Sauna im Keller.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in der kleinen aber feinen Ferienwohnung, der Ausblick auf die Berge war sehr schön, ruhige Lage, nicht viel von Autos befahren. Für die Kids sind gute Spielmöglichkeiten draußen. Der abzuschließende Fahrradschuppen war auch gut!

Wunderbarer Ferienort, von dem man gut Fahrradausflüge machen kann.

Insgesamt gut, dennoch: Trotz Corona wäre eine persönliche Ansprache bzw Begrüßung wünschenswert gewesen. Den zwischenzeitlichen Baulärm über mehrere Tage vor dem Balkon hätte man durch eine nette Geste wie z.B. eine Flasche Sekt oder ähnliches wieder gut machen können. Die Tischdecke auf dem Balkon war angeschmuddelt.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Tolle Vermieter, hat alles gut funktioniert und Hilfsbereitschaft wird "groß" geschrieben. Die Unterkunft war im guten Zustand und vollkommend zufriedenstellen. Noch einmal einen schönen Gruß aus Hamburg.

Es war die beste Ferien-Wohnung, die wir bewohnt haben. Perfekte Organisation und es fehlte an nix. Wir können den "Balsberg" uneingeschränkt allen empfehlen.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Highlight der Wohnung ist der große Balkon, von dem aus man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Almen des Hochgern hat. Checkin über einen Schlüsseltressor hat problemlos und effizient funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und für einen schönen Urlaub bestens geeignet. Zu erwähnen sind die nette Gesten durch die Gastgeber: Begrüßungskaffee und Schokolade und die für die Ferienwohnungen individuell angefertigten Duschgel- und Shampoo-Flaschen. Kritikpunkt sind nicht sauber gespülte Gläser und Schneidebretter bei unserer Ankunft und ein zwar sauberer, aber definitiv schon durch vorherige Gäste benutzter Spülschwamm. Hier erwarte ich besonders in der aktuellen Situation mehr Sorgfalt durch den Vermieter.

Tolle Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick vom Balkon. Im Garten ist ein Trampolin für die Kinder aufgebaut und ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein sehr schöner Spielplatz. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit meinen Kindern gehabt. Bietet alles für einen entspannten Urlaub in ruhiger Lage. An der Unterkunft gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Für Kinder befindet sich ein Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe, keine 5 min entfernt. Kommen gerne wieder.
