“My experience at Hotel Boutique Delfina was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, with carefully curated décor and a peaceful atmosphere that truly invites you to relax. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with details that make a difference. The staff was consistently kind and attentive, always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside I noticed was that the restaurant service could use some improvement, as it tended to be quite slow……

“We had a fabulous stay at Casa Oasis. The building is beautiful and our room, including the bed, was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owners, George and Sarah, live on site and are very personable and helpful. The manager Aaron was very communicative and arranged an excellent tour to Chichén Itzá that included swimming in a cenote and also arranged in house massages. One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast! Rupita cooked delicious healthy meals for us every morning that we……

Pero… fueron MUY amables al enviarnos WhatsApp preguntándonos nuestra hora de llegada para estar pendientes y al no responder de inmediato, nos trataron de localizar para saber qué estábamos bien! Me agradó que van más allá de simplemente hospedar a alguien, se preocupan por sus huéspedes. Me encantaría regresar y conocer el hotel que se ve espectacular.”
