Unfortunately, I realized that I may have accidentally left my wedding ring on the left bedside table, in front of the clock, in the room. I called the hotel on Monday to report the situation and to check if the housekeeping team might have found it. However, I have not yet received any response, so I am writing to kindly follow up. I understand that it is my responsibility to take care of my personal belongings, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. The ring has great sentimental value to me, so I would be very grateful if you could kindly check with the housekeeping team and let me know if it has been found. Tru hotel is a beautiful new modern hotel with all the amenities such as a pool, gym, conference room. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and kept very clean.
