「Stained carpets, booked room with queen beds, which the beds were not. Matresses no support. Two pillows per bed. Would not stay there again.」

「The ice machine downstairs was broken, so you had to take an elevator of dubious origin to the 3rd floor for ice. Further, no sundries shop. Just a couple of vending machines with warm Pepsi products.」

「Not a good experience. Somewhat noisy and bad odor in the room.」

「Would not stay there again. Very dirty with many stains on carpet, couch was filthy and gross.」

「Air conditioning was very odd. You couldn’t just set it to cold. If the temp got below the temp set, the heat would turn on instead of just turning the air off. So the room was constantly changing between warm and cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Hotel was overall very nice. Would stay again.」

「I'm here Monthly. Everything is broken!! And they blame it on the "remodel". It's bs! I've been in two newly remodeled rooms and there are a lot of broken items that are brand new. Only 1 working ice machine in the entire building due to the "remodel". That's bs, They can be fixed in a week. The entry doors are broken, apparently, due to the remodel. Again, more bs. No fridge in the room, no ironing board. A/c does whatever it wants. Hate to say it, but it's American construction at its finest!...

「I would not recommend nor stay at it again. The bed was a cheap foam mattress with no support beneath. Furniture was sparce and worn out. Probably got from a garage sale. Facility was badly in need of refreshing. I had to have staff for a chair. Breakfast was cold and uncreative. I'm beginning to think about not ever booking at a Hampton Inn again. They are falling apart.」

「The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel! 」

「Staff were friendly and they have a great breakfast. The room was clean but the hallways and other common areas are showing age.」
