Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived at Urgup much earlier than the check-in time and they let us relax in the lobby and also got our room ready much earlier than expected so we could rest. Very kind family and the breakfast was amazing.

My family and I arrived very late. The receptionist was waiting for us, and our arrival was very welcoming. The service for 2 mornings was impeccable, they took care of our needs, which wasn’t much, but instantaneously service was provided 5stars. I stayed at Aja for 3 nights in Cappadocia and it was one of the highlights of my trip. They are some of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met. The whole family made us feel very welcome and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. The staff were also very caring and thoughtful. The hotel was clean and the amenities were plenty. The lobby and attached veranda were very relaxing at the end of a busy day and we drank Turkish tea like water. I hope to one day visit again just to meet these kind people once more.

This is a wonderful hotel run by very nice people and we enjoyed our stay at the end of October 2024. The location of the hotel is great because it is on a quiet street but you are a 5-minute walk from Urgup Town center. Where there are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, all kinds of food places - that are open till late. The staff at the front desk was really nice and they helped us book a car and made all the travel arrangements for the pickup and drop off to the airport. Breakfast at the hotel is a typical Turkish breakfast which was quite a spread. That was bread, there was cucumbers and tomatoes, there was a cheese tray, boiled eggs, omelettes, a wide selection of honey and honey like dippings, tea, something else that looked and tasted like salsa and was really delicious, a daily special that I do not know how to describe but was always delicious. All in all the breakfast was a really nice experience for us. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the bathroom is also lovely. The bathroom was quite spacious and the standing shower stall itself was quite spacious. We loved our stay, we loved all the staff and the treatment we got (thank you Eray, Enis and Asad). And if we were to come back to Cappadocia we would stay here again.

Really liked the hospitality of the owner and his family. They were very friendly and warm and offered special breakfast and drinks as a welcome gesture. The food was well made and the owner even spent time discussing our plans and guiding us. A very family friendly hotel and the ambience is very homely. The rooms are a bit small for a family of five we didnt have enough area to walk around the room.

Room was clean but not as advertised. Breakfast was nice. Pictures are decieving and the terrace looks nothing like the pictures. It is a small room for 4 ppl and only 1 bathroom. The owner tried to charge us crazy admin fees for organizing an airport shuttle. He insisted that we pay him and not the driver. We resisted him and paid the driver directly. Who knows what the actual price was for the airport shuttle and what he deemed was a fee? At first he seemed helpful but the owner seemed only to care about what cut of the tours he organized for us he was getting and tried to persuade us to do extremely exorbitant priced tours. Also you have to pay for water.

Das Hotel entspricht insgesamt einem guten Standard, passend für die geschichtsträchtige Region. Wer es rustikal mag und Abstriche im Vergleich zu westeuropäischen Komfort-Standards akzeptiert, wird sich in diesem Hotel sehr wohlfühlen. Wir hatten uns leider zu Zweit für ein kleines Zimmer entschieden, das eher für eine Einzeperson gedacht war und waren dann doch enttäuscht. Da das Hotel jedoch an diesem Wochenende komplett ausgebucht war, war eine Umbuchumg nicht möglich. Der Hotelchef hat uns jedoch kulanterweise für die erste Nacht kostenlos eine kleine Sweet freigemacht, die wir in der ersten Nacht bewohnen durften. Im Vergleich zu unserem Zimmer waren das natürlich Welten in Sachen Größe und Ausstattung. Wir würden aber trotzdem dieses Hotel nochmals buchen, da das Hotelpersonal überaus zuvorkommend, flexibel, hilfsbereit und freundlich war. Das reichliche Frühstück, mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten und außergewöhnlichen Leckereien, ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen. Als gutgemeinter Rat an das Management, sollte, wenn überhaupt, das von uns gebuchte Zimmer aus dem Angebot genommen oder nur als Einzelzimmer gebucht werden können.

O hotel é bem localizado na cidade de ürgüp. O atendimento é o café da manhã são muito bons. O que deixou a desejar foi o conforto e as condições do quarto: ele ficava no último andar e em quase todo o quarto e banheiro a altura não passa de 1,70 metro de altura. Você precisa andar abaixado.

Yorumlara bakıp karar verdim. Tam bir aile oteli. Bir çok otelde kaldım ama burayı unutmayacağım. Girişte samimi bir şekilde karşıladılar zaten insanlarım yüzüne baktığınızda sorun yaşamayacağınızı anlıyorsunuz güven veriyorlar. Hatta bulamadığımız basit bir ürün vardı söz arasında konusu geçmişti. Birkaç dakika sonra temin edip odaya getirdiler süpriz oldu. Oda hazırlanmış klima açılmış serin ve oldukça temiz bir odaya giriş yaptık. Odalar yeterli, temizlik yeterli, kahvaltı yeterli ve kendileri servis yapıyor buda güzel. Çaylarımıza kadar kendileri tazelediler. Gece veya gündüz bütün alanları rahatlıkla ve güvenle kullanabiliyorsunuz. Hizmete fiyat kıyaslaması yaparsak daha yüksek ücret almaları gerekiyor. Düzgün bir ortamda kalmak istenirse tercih sebebi olmalıdır

Bebekli Aileler İçin Güzel Aile İşletmesi

Çok güzel sıcak ve samimi bir ortam vardı. Aile işletmesi aradaki bahçe çok güzel serin bir yer. Karşılama güzeldi. Park yeri bulamadık gibi oldu ama hemen ilgilendiler. Gezi için bir harita verdiler. Önerilerde bulundular. İki bebeğimle geldim park yatak ve ek yatak vardı. Odada ekstra iki yastık olması da çok iyiydi. Sadece odada priz sayısı azdı, bir de odalara ayakkabı ile girmesek bebekli aileler için daha guzel olurdu diye düşünüyorum. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve yeterliydi açık büfe de olsa aynı şeyleri alırdım. Lezzetliydi. Samimi ve hoş bir ortam vardı. Otel merkezi konumda göreme, Avanos, Uçhisar, paşa bağları, Zelve , seramik müzesi her yere araçla 5-10 dk. Çok memnun kaldim. Tavsiye ederim.
