Tivemos uma recepção exemplar, mas depois os serviços relacionados no App da Hotel.com decepcionaram. Limpeza diária do quarto não foi feita, alias sequer coletaram o lixo. Nos, hóspedes tivemos que levar o lixo!!!??? Lavanderia mencionada no App inexistente, Recepção 24 horas, uma grande mentira (dia 16/04 as 8:30 da manhã a recepção estava trancada. Água não esquentava e o Wi-Fi não funcionava no dia 16. Quando precisamos trocar as toalhas, após termos solicitado e nada aconteceu, tivemos que busca-las. Enfim, acredito que o App Hotel.com está desatualizado...

Otel Ürgüp merkeze yürüyerek 1 dakika mesafede. Odalar tertemizdi. Oteldeki tüm çalışanlar çok sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverler. Kahvaltıda her şey tazeydi ve çeşit olarak yeterliydi. Tekrar gidersek ilk tercihimiz yine burası olur.

Real cave hotel. Everything was wonderful! Cave stays nice and warm, very luxury place! Breakfast is made fresh too! So many things are within walking distance. Staff was very welcoming!
