Friendly staff. Everything was great. 2 points that could be improved on: 1. We moved our own laugage as we were not assisted. We were shown the room, given the key and were on our own. 2. Parking was VERY limited. Considering that, recommend people leave their car keys at the front desk or leave their name and number at the front desk. We waited 20 min before someone came to move their car so we could get out. All and all great experience.

Konak otel resepsiyonu diye bir tabela olursa iyi olur, bir diger otel bünyesine eklenmiş o sebeple resepsiyon bir bina daha ileride karsi tarafta yer aliyor, biz yanlışlıkla bir otel sakininin kapısına dayandik resepsiyon diye, onun haricinde hizmet guzel,karsilama guzel,odalar banyosu ile gayet hoş tadilat yapılmiş, kahvalti gayet yeterli,çesitler tatmin edici, fakat japon müşterilerin çogunlukta oldugu bir donemde yine japon müzigi dinletmek yerine bizi temsil eden türk müzikleri dinletmek gerektigini düşünüyorum.turk sanat müziği olabilir mesela,

Ürgüp Konak Hotel

3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren yetkili ve personellerin güler yüzlülüğü ile karşılaştık. Otelden ve Nevşehir'den memnun bir şekilde ayrılmanız için tur bilgisi veriliyor ve istenirse de gezi turu için araç ayarlanıyor. Temizlik konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık çalışan personeller titiz bir şekilde kendi evi gibi temizliğini yapıyor. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Genel olarak Nevşehir gezip görülecek yerleri olmakla birlikte bazı aktiviteleri çok uçuk fiyatlarda bunu da belirteyim ki bunu bilerek gelinsin 😊 Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. ( Burcu & Yavuz S.)
Her oda kapısının önünde bir masa ve iki sandalye mevcut olmakla birlikte asma altında güzel bir şekilde konumlandırılmış çardakta akşam serininde oturup çay kahve içip eşinizle sohbet etmek daha bir keyif verecektir.
Bu kapıdan içeri girdiğinizde otel odası yerine sanki kendi evinizin bahçesine girmiş gibi hissetmeniz mümkün
Kaldığımız odada 1 tane büyük çift kişilik yatak ve 1 tane çocuk yatağı vardı. Mini buzdolabı ( 2 şise su, poşet çaylar ve kahveler) Banyosu geniş ve ferah olmakla birlikte her gün oda temizliği yapıldı ve banyo için gerekli her şey mevcuttu.

Ailem ve arkadaşlarım ile eşsiz bir deneyim geçirdik diyebilirim. Otel Ürgüp'te en güzel konumlardan birisine sahip. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili idi; kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Aile odası geniş ve konforluydu. Restaurantının çok lezzetli olduğuna da deyinmeden geçemeyeceğim; açık büfe kahvaltısı eşsiz akşam yemekleri oldukça lezzetliydi. Fiyat & Performans ekseninde kesinlikle sizlere de tavsiye diyorum.

We stayed here for 3 nights and used it as our base to explore Cappadocia in our rental car. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast and had great food for dinner. We also appreciated the complimentary water refilling and coffee station.

Jakuzili oda ayırtmıştım bana tamammen farklı bir oda vermeye kalktılar, daha sonra başka bir otelleri vardı orada bir oda verdiler... Temizlik resimlerde görünüyor daha da vardı silmişim... Yemekler berbat ve çok pahalı, yataklar eski... Çatısı aktı, internet yoktu, sıcak su bir vardı bir yoktu... Sakın gitmeyin... Sadece yeri gerçekten güzel

Small decent hotel , spacious room, we stayed on the first floor, no ac in the room but it was chilly even in august in Urgup. Friendly staff, they help you with all your bookings and questions, high ceiling in the room, the road is too narrow but it’s an old town. They help you with parking too

Otel gayet iyiydi. Odalar fazlasıyla sıcak üşümekten korktuk ama hava soğuk olmasına rağmen oda fazlasıyla sıcaktı. Sabah kahvaltısı oldukça iyiydi doyurucuydu. Her şey için teşekkürler.
