"The view is absolutely stunning at this hotel. We picked it to be away from the crowds in the center of Lucerne and the hotel provides free bus passes during the stay so transportation was super easy to get to all the main sights and hiking spots.
Great shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razor and tooth brush which was really nice. Room was impeccably clean every day as well. We went in the summer and the AC unit was in an odd location so it didn't circulate through the room well and we had to make sure the curtains were closed so it wouldn't overheat the room during the day.
Overall would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends"
