"We really enjoyed our experience at Ycona, one of the nicest hotel experiences. The hotel was really well laid out, and the staff were incredible, the friendliest and kindest people. It was also a really good move by the resort to have a WhatsApp group that had all the staff on it so there was always someone able to assist our requests. For me who travelled with a 1 year old and 4 year old baby, I found that its positioning, less than 3 meters from the door step of the room was extremely dangerous. This hotel offers bed and breakfast, but the breakfast was awful too. I decided to check out of the property the day after a night. When i asked the hotel to refund me for unused nights, the hotel declined to refund. In short, this place is not ideal for a family. Perhaps it can work for...
