「Todo estuvo mal, no hubo internet, la calefacción lo bajaron a las 9pm y el cuarto se enfrió totalmente, me pasé llamándolos y texteandolos y nadie contestó hasta 7am y recién prendieron la calefacción, no pudimos dormir el cuarto era un hielo, no hay agua porque dicen que las tuberías se congelan, no pudimos ni lavarnos los dientes. No existen amenidades, no nos pasearon con las totoras y tampoco vestimentas típicas… y cuando pagamos para conocer las islas flotantes nos llevaron a una isla...
「Beautiful location. The rooms were clean. They were very attentive to our needs. Prepared breakfast and dinner for us. A great tour of the Uros islands was also included. If anyone is visiting during the Peru winter season i would just recommend layering up. They do provide a lot of blankets but you can never have too many. An unforgettable experience seeing the stars out on this lake. 10/10」

「We visited the place at the end of August. We had a wonderful experience. Felix went above and beyond to accommodate for us. We got to the lake very late, around 10 PM but Felix was still nice and picked us up from the lake sure. The tour the day after was great and the breakfast was very good. The room was ver clean. The experience was great. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Felix!」
