Perfect Holiday in a perfect apartment

The apartment has a terrace in the first row to the pool and also has a very nice view to the atlantic including perfect sunsets. It is very cosy and well equipped. Furthermore it is good to have two bathrooms. The atmosphere on the site is very relaxed and you will have perfect holidays, it is even possible to order baguettes and croissants for the breakfast. The contact to the owners was very good and easy. They were very polite and made the travelling very easy for us by providing more than was stated in the exposé and, furthermore we got a very nice welcome gift. Apart from this, the Basque Country with its nice towns and villages, its overwhelming beaches and also the nice countryside in the mountains is perfect for relaxing holidays.

A little cramped

The location was pleasant with the pool which was well maintained and the grounds to walk or exercise in. A 10-15 minute drive brought us to St Jean de Luz which is full of life, culture and shops. The apartment was advertised as suitable for up to 6 people, which we consider unrealistic. It is quite small and three of us needed all the space available. The kitchen area in particular is very cramped and lacks the means to cook anything other than simple meals - no oven or grill. The small bedroom containing two bunk beds would be fine for small children but not adults. A washing machine would have been more use than the dishwasher provided. We had to supply all our own bed linen and towels, and yet there was also a 50 Euro charge for cleaning. Overall, although the apartment was generally clean and pleasantly situated, we do not consider that it represents good value for money.

Tolle Unterkunft für 2 bis 4 Personen. Beschrieb Anfahrt verbesserungsfähig. Auto ist Pflicht. Aber sonst: Das Baskenland bietet jedem Geschmack sehr viel: Natur, Kultur, Kulinarik.

Vacances en famille au Pays Basque

Un superbe séjour en famille, dans une résidence particulièrement agréable et de grande qualité, en retrait sur la corniche. Découverte d'une très belle région, de sa culture et sa gastronomie. viel wat tegen

Het appartement viel wat tegen. Het was klein voor een gezin met 3 puberkinderen. In 1 kamer staat een stapelbed, maar daar kan verder niets meer bij, zoals je koffer of tas. De andere slaapkamer was prima, maar ook wat klein. Verder was het gehorig. Als de bovenburen op hun balkon zaten hoorde je dat luid, maar ook als zij lopen in de kamer ('s ochtends vroeg) hoorde je dat duidelijk. De omschrijving op de website geeft niet een duidelijk beeld van de accommodatie. Het staat op een groot terrein met heel veel andere vakantie woningen/ appartementen. En het ligt wel dicht bij de zee, maar daar kan je de zee niet in. De omgeving is wel mooi, dichtbij Biarritz en San Sebastian. OOk Saint-Jean-de Luz is erg leuk

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cet endroit à l'ambiance paisible et reposante. Le Domaine est magnifique et parfaitement entretenu. La piscine est superbe! L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. L'accueil de Hadjira, la communication avec les propriétaires, la gentillesse de tous, tout était parfait! Nous espérons que nous pourrons revenir et poursuivre notre découverte du beau Pays Basque!

Wunderschöne Anlage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Gleich der Empfang durch Geneviève war unglaublich liebenswürdig und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes waren wir gut versorgt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist recht klein, aber auch die beiden Sofas im Wohnzimmer bieten eine sehr bequeme Schlafalternative. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen, sehr großen und gut gepflegten Parkanlage mit mehreren Gebäuden. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Excellente location

C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur sympathie et la qualité de leur accueil. Sehr angenehme Ferien

Wir waren mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung und durften uns über das schöne Appartment mit Poolblick und Meerblick freuen. Ebenso über den herzlichen Empfang bei der Ankunft und die Gastfreundschaft der Inhaber. Die Anlage an sich ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, der Pool sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances agréables et paisibles

Vue magnifique depuis l’appartement sur la piscine et l’océan Atlantique. Avons passer une semaine beaucoup trop courte pour tout visiter. (Biarritz, Bayonne, St-Jean et San Sebastian. Appartement confortable, lumineux au rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse et jardin. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Near Hendaye - June 2022

We really enjoyed the fantastic ocean view, the perfect big pool area, and the very nice Appartement. The bathrooms had been recently renovated. The kitchen was very well equipped and the nice garden area was really awsome. On top of that the owners welcomed us in person. We will definitely come again.

Très belle résidence

L'accueil a été bien, l'emplacement était pour nous parfait pour découvrir la côte, les villes alentours. Le logement était très propre dans une très belle résidence. Nous y étions en avril. C'est calme, avec des jeux pour les enfants, un beau jardin... Le seul petit bémol est éventuellement le manque de quelques "équipements" dans le logement (petite couverture en plus par exemple, nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec le temps ;) ). A noter qu'il faut tout apporter quelque soit la durée du séjour.

Magnifique endroit

Le logement est très agréable et bien équipé, parfaitement propre, vaisselle de qualité. À noter juste l’absence de four traditionnel. Les extérieurs dont superbement fleuris. Le lieu est parfait pour visiter le pays basque mais un peu à l’écart, il faut donc être en voiture. Je le conseille

Top locatie

Geweldig verblijf met supervriendelijke eigenaar Herve. Heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ook de dames van de receptie. Enige minpunt was dat het appartement toch iets te krap was voor zeven volwassen mensen....maar qua locatie en omgeving, top gewoon. Uitzicht was geweldig. Een uitstapje naar San Sebastian is zeker aan te raden. Maar dan niet via de tolweg maar binnendoor.

Séjour génial en famille

Nous avons passée un super séjour dans cette appartement qui était à la taille parfaite pour notre famille de 5 personnes. 2 adultes, 3 anfants de 6 ans, 2 ans et 4 mois. Très belle vue sur la piscine et la mer. Très très pratique d'être rès-de-jardin avec des enfants (qui ont d'ailleurs copiné avec d'autres enfants des appartements voisinant). La piscine est très agréable avec plusieurs hauteurs, donc les enfants ont pied au début + une pataugeoire pour les tout petits. L'appartement est très bien fournie en accessoires de cuisine etc. 2 salles de bain avec douche et baignoire. Les couleurs et la luminosité de l'appartement étaient très agréables, très cozy. Même par des après-midis pluvieux, on était trop bien à l'intérieur. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très disponibles. Ils nous ont donnée des bonnes idées de choses à faire en famille et visites. On recommande très fortement!
