  • Located just 100 meters from the lake in Usedom’s Baltic Sea region, this cozy attic apartment at Westkluene 7 offers a peaceful escape for up to four guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more—perfect for home-cooked meals around the dining table. The living/dining room features satellite TV and a second dining area, while the sleeping quarters include a double bedroom and a children’s room with two single beds.

    Guests can enjoy two bathrooms, central heating, and a fridge-freezer on the landing. Outside, the shared garden with furniture and BBQ invites relaxation, and the nearby jetty offers direct access to the water. Parking is available, and party games and sheets are included for added convenience.

    With shops, restaurants, nightlife, and public transport just 4 km away—and the sea only 25 km off—this apartment blends tranquility with accessibility. Whether you're lounging lakeside or exploring Usedom’s scenic trails, it’s a perfect base for a memorable stay.
    This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
