bon séjour

appartement petit mais pratique situé au pied des pistes et de l'école de ski. Magasins,restaurant,navette à proximité. Bon séjour.

Déçus du logement

Annonce précisant que le studio a été rénové..., or le parquet du sol se décolle entièrement, les matelas sont tâchés, le cumulus ne tient que 2 douches pour un logement loué pour 4...il y a des la moisissures dans la SDB, le meuble vasque est cassé, pas de sèche-cheveux, il y a une fuite dans les WC, une poche de vêtements qui traîne, et c était vraiment sale... Bref seul l emplacement sauve ce logement ainsi que la personne qui gère la remise des clefs qui est réactive et très sympathique.

Disfonctionnement dans un écrin de nature verdoyante

Nous sommes arrivés dans cette appartement en touts début de soirée. Nous avons été guider par téléphone pour arrivé dans l'appartement. Ainsi aucun état des lieux a été fait avec nous. Nous avons constaté dès la nuit tombée que la lumière ne fonctionner ainsi que la bouilloires. Allant de surpris en surpris. Nous avons aussi constaté que le canapés était cassé. Nous avons put cependant avoir de la lumière et une bouilloires neuves des le lendemain, grâce à la réactivité du gérant. Au moment de partir alors que nous avions payer le supplément ménage nous avons eux le droit a la réflexion du gérant qui n'était pas au courant. Ce fut pour nous assez désagréable. C'est dommage car malgré notre super séjours le cadre et les locaux qui sont très sympathique, ces tâches viennent noircir le tableau. En bref c'est cher payé pour le service qui nous a été fournit.
