"Second stay at this villa. It is perfect for our family vacation. We love the outdoor area with the balcony and pool. Good location with close access to the small lagoon Baia Azzurra that is lovely for snorkeling and swimming. You need to have car to get to local supermarkets and larger beaches. But with car it doesn’t take long to reach Sardinias beautiful beaches. Overall a great house and location."

"The apartment itself was acceptable inside, but cleanliness was clearly lacking. The building and surrounding area looked extremely run-down – more like Chernobyl than a vacation property. There was an active construction site directly beneath our balcony, causing constant noise and disruption. "Fantastic property - pool is great and bigger than it looks, house is clean and comfortable with all the bits you need. We sat outside eating each evening and it was wonderful. Host was helpful, flexible and not at all intrusive despite living downstairs. One thing is to watch out for the add-ons (for a week we had 150 cleaning fee, 120 bedding fee and 45 air con fee), which are all listed and above board but worth knowing to all you to budget. "
