“The room was as described. It has warmed tile in the bathroom, which is delightful. The jetted tub was in bad need of cleaning. When the jets were engaged they sprayed black material into the water. We didn't use the tub. The check in process was unclear as it directed us to a wall safe inside the lobby to find our keys. Turns out this booking had a completely separate electronic check in process. (Kudos to the staff at the Sundial desk for trying to assist us.) I called the number in the……

“We didn't even stay at the resort. Our room key wouldn't work and the staff tried multiple times and eventually had to use the master key. Once in the unit, it smelled terribly and had to have the host come. He agreed we needed to be moved but when we moved to a different unit it wasn't two beds like our original reservation and then when he called his boss to get us in a unit with two beds he refused. This in our opinion was unacceptable considering this was already over an hour and a half from……
