“The host was great. Everything was as described. Communication with the host was a breeze. She was always available for any questions or concerns we had.”

“Great location, super clean and supplied with all the essentials. Highly recommend.”

“Instructions entering and leaving property were so clear. Our daughter goes to the U and it was a great location to her, also Planet Fitness was walking distance which was a bonus! Accessible to activities downtown, easy to navigate in and out. Really comfortable bed, great views from the balcony. Cooking healthy is important for me and the amenities had all I needed. Overall great place and would recommend this property and host. This will probably be “our place” anytime we visit our daughter. ……

“This apartment perfectly met our needs in SLC! It was clean, quiet, and extremely well appointed with everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need. The hosts were responsive to any little things that came up with the fastest replies I have ever received at a rental. Would 100% stay here again!”

“We loved staying here! The host let us check in early, we liked how spacious it was in there and it had everything we needed. It is super close to everything downtown so that was an added plus. I would definitely book again!”

“I had an unfortunate payment issue! The host was able to work a cancellation from her side since there wasn’t a cancellation window left due to booking it in a hurry for a New Years Eve event. I had to communicate that with the host which at the end understood and helped with the cancellation!”

“The AC didn’t work properly unfortunately while we stayed there. The host was very helpful overall but we were out of options on the cooling front.”

“Nice little apartment”

“Nice view and location, host is generally responsive, kitchen has what you need. Unable to access the unit when I arrived because the outdoor keypad was not working, so I was waiting outside trying to get a hold of the host when a resident let me inside -- this delay made me late to a business meeting. The thermostat was not working, and being on the top floor, the apartment got really hot in the summer heat. The blinds are falling apart & towels were all pretty worn or a bit stained.”

“Hello, I would like to share some concerns about our stay. The plant in the bedroom was very dusty. We booked an apartment for four people, but there was only one bed available, which was very uncomfortable for our children. This was not clearly communicated to us before our arrival. Also, we were not informed in advance that we would have to pay for the parking spot.Another issue is the Wi-Fi. It only works on cell phones, but we were not able to complete the Wi-Fi connection process on a laptop.……
